The Breaker New Waves manga (브레이커) is a Korean comic (manhwa) written by Jeon Geuk-Jin (전극진) and illustrated by Park Jin-Hwan (박진환 or Kamaro). It is published by Daiwon C.I.. The story is a mix of martial arts fantasy and shounen.
It was licensed by the French publisher Booken Manga, and the first volume is scheduled for release February 2011.
The series consists of two parts. The first part is called The Breaker and consists of 10 volumes (72 chapters), the second part is called Breaker: New waves Left and as of 2011 is being regularly released.
The Breaker New Waves plot:
Han Chun Woo is forced to become a teacher at the Nine Dragons High School by his unrevealed boss for as much as 4 months as a cover to lie low. While there he is told that under no circumstances is he to become discovered.Though after being caught fighting by one of his brand new students, he’s forced to take him on as a disciple in order to keep information about him from getting out. From there things quickly begin to spiral out of control as old acquaintances of his continue showing up and news of his existence within the town is slowly starting to make its way out until its almost an all out war.In the end Han Chun Woo is forced to act in his desire for revenge in the death of his master and the preservation of his new disciple, which is only made more complicated as his disciple follows him to the enemy headquarters in an effort to protect the life of his new master.
